Water wars starts at flats

Sometime back, i happened to read an article about 3rd world war.  It said that 3rd world war, if happens will be only because of water.  Countries will try to take control of water that is flowing through it to ascertain superiority.  Well, that's the reason we have water fights between different states in our country.  Everyone thinks that they require more water for their needs

Let's come back home now.  In our apartment there are 12 families and we get lorry water on a daily basis.  Every dwelling unit complain that they don't get water, but god knows where that lorry water is going.  Actually speaking, if the lorry water is equally shared, it will suffice the requirement of all the 12 flats.  But, we engage in oneupmanship and try to get additional water by blaming others

I realized that water wars does not start between countries, but they start at flats
